As well as selecting best-in-class products from third-party providers, we also use the Valartis Group’s expertise in identifying investment opportunities to develop our own niche investment funds, which we make available to institutional and private clients on a case-by-case basis.

Niche investment equity, fixed income and real estate funds

We have experienced asset management teams in Geneva, Zurich, Moscow, Vienna and Liechtenstein that specialise in the active management of satellite investments. Over the past 15 years, they have successfully launched a series of award-winning regional and sector funds and specialised investment companies covering a very wide variety of asset classes.

Investments are focused on Russia, Eastern Europe and Switzerland. The bulk of the actively managed assets are in equities and fixed income. However, our experienced investment specialists also manage a few niche real estate funds for institutional investors.

This fund invests in Russian and CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) bonds. The Valartis Funds (Lux I) Russia & CIS Growth Fund invests in government bonds and attractive corporate bonds. It has daily liquidity. The fund aims to achieve consistent high income and corresponding growth. The fund is managed by the same investment specialists as for the MC Russian Market Fund.
